Center General Manager duties include:
Answering phone with AAMCO script
Meeting and greeting customers
Ordering parts and inventory
Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles repairs
Managing and tracking lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings
Verify invoices with work orders
Building work orders for quote
Following up on Accounts receivables
Maintaining work flow in the shop in a very busy center
Tracking hours on all jobs and techs
Selling and closing jobs, while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements:
Excellent sales and closing skills a must
Great leadership skills
Proficient with Word, Excel
Great phone etiquette a must
Desire to want to be in the automotive retail sales industry
Positive personality a must
Valid Drivers license
Excellent customer service skills
