Job Description:
That 1 Painter is seeking proactive and personable Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our team. As a key member of our canvassing efforts, you will be responsible for engaging with potential residential customers, effectively communicating our services, and scheduling appointments for our painting consultations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to promote our painting services.
Engage with homeowners to introduce our company and schedule appointments for painting consultations.
Educate potential clients about our services, pricing, and special promotions.
Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, including leads generated and appointments scheduled.
Collaborate with the Canvassing Manager and other team members to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Represent That 1 Painter in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
