About us:
We are Click Storage and we operate 16 self storage facilities across Oklahoma and Kansas. We are seeking an organized and motivated Facility Caretaker who will maintain a storage facility as if it was their own property in Oologah, Oklahoma. This facility is expected to require 3-10 hours per week of work dependent on employees efficiency. Work can be done mostly on your own schedule throughout the week as long as the tasks get completed.
A day at the facility:
Provide on-site support for existing and new tenants as assigned by Assistant Asset Manager and Customer Support Staff (verifying move ins, making units available for rent, verifying move outs, maintenance requests, etc.) NOTE: there is zero need for in person interaction with customers.
Monitor the physical condition of the property. (No trash, weeds, unit doors open, etc)
Complete full walk thru with the facility report weekly status of units and overall operational health of the facility.
Work with the Assistant Asset Manager and Customer Support staff to resolve customer issues.
Maintain curb appeal of property using company supplied landscaping equipment or personal if desired.
Light maintenance of the facilities including door latch replacement, light bulb replacement, power resets, etc.
Ensure high quality service is consistently provided and complete by all vendors contracted for services by Click Storage
Complete operational reports as requested by the Assistant Asset Manager
Drives the lien/auction process in a timely, accurate manner
Personal Requirements: Who You Are
Great attention to detail and pride in one’s work
Enjoys a blend of both physical and some administrative tasks
Able to deliver on time, every time
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Proficiency with Google applications (Google sheets primarily) and can learn new mobile applications on an iPhone.
At least 1 year of maintenance experience
Valid drivers’ license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and report repairs or maintenance needed.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or perform minor repairs/cleaning when needed
Must be able to operate small machinery such as Weed Wacker, leaf blower, shoveling, etc.
Must be able to walk several distances around the facility
Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at a time
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $200.00 per month
