SERVICE BASED INDUSTRY HIRING COMPUTER SAVVY OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Prior experience with Jobber, Service Titan, or House Call Pro would be a plus.

Ability to quickly adapt to different customer software platforms if need be.
Light filing and scanning.
Experience with Commercial Construction Contracts, COI's, New Vendor Packets.
Construction Front Office and Back Office Operations.
Extensive experience dealing with Maintenance Companies in ABC type transactions.
Experience with Word, Adobe, Excel, Dropbox, Power Point.
Good Email Management.
Extremely organized, detail oriented, and tidy, with great follow up skills.
Excellent attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and resolve common sense issues with minimum supervision.
Inventory control and ordering of supplies as needed.
EOM Reconciliation of outstanding invoices and collections to close out the month for transparency and audit review.
