Utility construction company is hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support office with administrative/clerical needs as assigned. Such duties may include: preparing reports, analyzing data, entering payroll hours, accumulating documents for invoicing, office management.

Spreadsheet creation - create, format and manipulate formulas in multiple sheets and workbooks in Excel.
Data analysis - review and analyze data to create reporting for multiple departments

Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Adaptability - Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: One to two years of related office experience. Construction experience is a plus!
Bi-lingual is also a plus!
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
