Position Details –
Purpose: Provide full support & daily maintenance to accounts and service producing agents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones
- Data Entry
- Maintain Positive Relationship with Group Contact
- Service Employee Inquiries & Claims
- Generate Complete Annual Renewal Packages for Broker
- Respond to Emails, Voicemails and all other inquiries timely and in a complete and informative matter
- Detail Oriented, Attentive & Positive Attitude
1 Must be biligual in Spanish – Reading, Writing, & Speaking
High School Diploma – Required
