We are a fast growing construction company looking for some people who are looking for a long term, satisfying career position within our company. Almost all of our officers, administrators, and office workers started out in the field, and we always promote from within! We have almost no turnover, because once someone starts working with our company, they never want to leave!
What we're looking for :
Warehouse/Shop help, potential to be Head Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Critical thinking skills
Being dependable and can show up for work every day
Communication skills
Duties:
Keeping the warehouse organized and clean
Unloading and logging in material when it arrives
Driving a forklift (don't know how? We'll teach you!)
Driving a truck with or without a trailer (don't know how? We'll teach you!)
Hooking up trailers (don't know how? We'll teach you!)
Taking material and unloading it at jobsites
Communicating with coworkers
Working as a team for the common benefit to everyone
Hours: 7am -4pm Monday through Friday, with overtime if you want it.
We start our guys at $14 depending on your aptitude and job history, and if you show that you are capable of being a responsible, reliable employee, you get a big raise after 90 days. We've had people get $4-$5 raises within a year! I personally started as a warehouse employee, and am now sitting in my office getting fat.
From a personal standpoint, this is the greatest work environment I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. It's a cliche, but we really are a family, and we all care about each other like family.
