Seeking Live-In Property Maintenance / Caretaker for rural, private, gated community near Locust Grove, OK.
Position requires application of basic and some advanced technical skills and knowledge to safely operate and maintain ranch machinery and equipment, manage property landscaping, and perform miscellaneous maintenance duties. Duties include the operation and maintenance of water system, roads, bridges, recreational areas, facilities, equipment, tools, machinery, refuse collection and disposal, and supervision of area security.
Skills and Competencies
Experience with water systems, ranch equipment, mowing, and general maintenance
Possess a valid State of Oklahoma Driver’s License
DEQ certifications preferred, but not required
Able to use basic hand tools properly and safely
Landscaping, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
Communicates effectively and follows instructions in written and verbal formats
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Must be able to meet physical requirements and working conditions of typical maintenance/caretaker duties
Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
