Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $8.25/hour starting pay – potential for raise after 90-day probationary period. Discretionary bonus potential based on performance.
Hiring for multiple Tulsa locations/shifts:
Experience:
relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
We are looking for someone who is an organized and motivated team player.
General Expectations:
· Must be willing and able to submit to and pass drug test and background check if requested
· Honesty, reliability, responsibility, punctuality, and caring personality.
· Operate telephone, money drawer/kiosk, and laundry equipment with accuracy and care.
· Organize tasks according to customer satisfaction and handle customer issues that may arise.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Dress, act, and conduct yourself professionally.
· Be willing and physically able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted when necessary.
· Keep the facility properly cleaned and sanitary.
· Be able to stay on task unattended for extended periods of time.
· Support fellow employees in tasks
Job Requirements:
· Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Treat everyone with respect, even in adverse situations.
· Assist and support customers with using washers and dryers, and answer general questions.
· Perform drop-off services (do laundry) for customers according to their specifications.
Position will require the following:
· Standing for long periods of time
· Walking around continuously
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Maintain the security of the entire business while on duty.
· Must enjoy dealing with the public.
· Must be able to handle conflict in a professional and stable manner.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
