Case & Associates Properties will be having a Career Fair for Porter-Groundskeeper, and Lead & Assistant Maintenance Friday, July 25th from 10am-2pm at Cascata Apartments.
A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE POSITIONS.
Our Lead Maintenance Techs are Responsible for completing work-orders, installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
Our Assistant Maintenance Techs are responsible for preparing apartments for new residents and completing work orders for existing residents as wells as assisting Lead Maintenance Technician with additional maintenance responsibilities.
Our Porters are responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds.
