Aerobic Maintenance Technician
Premier Company in Tulsa looking for an Aerobic Maintenance Technician to join Their team! No experience is required—full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn a trade and build a career in the septic and wastewater industry. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments.
520 hour (roughly 90 working days) Temp to perm
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of aerobic septic systems.
Conduct septic tank pumping and cleaning services as needed.
Learn and follow state and local regulations for aerobic septic system maintenance.
Operate and maintain aerators, pumps, control panels, and other septic system components.
Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions.
Provide professional customer service, explaining system operation and maintenance to homeowners.
Maintain accurate service records and report any system deficiencies to supervisors.
Ensure job sites are clean and restored after service is completed.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
No experience necessary training will be provided!
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in plumbing, construction, or wastewater management is a plus.
Prior knowledge of aerobic septic systems or wastewater treatment is beneficial but not required.
Pay
$16 per hour to start.
