Position: Personal Care Assistant
Location: South Tulsa
Hours: Up to 33 hours/week
Are you an upbeat, compassionate individual? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support a 70-year-old man with disabilities. His disability resulted from a successfully resected benign tumor from his cervical spinal cord. He is a very active and positive individual who uses a walker and power chair.
Responsibilities:
Assist with morning and evening transfers in and out of bed
Help with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): grooming, dressing, showering, etc.
Manage BiPAP mask removal and placement
Support short-distance walking, stretching, and other activities

Available hours:
Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 12:45 PM)
Monday through Thursday (8:00 PM to 9:30 PM), and
Sunday (8:00 AM to 9:30 AM)
Certified Nurse’s Assistant certification is not required (but desirable)
Honesty, dependability, and a positive attitude are essential
Training provided for the right person
