Full Job Description At Premier Pet Clinic our mission is to provide the best medicine and focus on educating our clients so they have the tools they need to continue the best care at home. We recognize the importance of the human-animal bond and want to make sure we provide the same care to our clients as we do for our patients.
Our RVTs are empowered to use their entire skillset in our practice. We understand the amount of time and education that has been put into becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician, and we want you to use all of those skills in our clinical setting. We are a high-tech clinic with digital radiology and digital dental radiology. We use an electronic medical record system.
We are looking to hire a full-time Veterinary Technician at our Tahlequah location. The right person will have a strong focus on patient care and client education. We are a full-service veterinary clinic with therapeutic laser therapy. We strive to provide the best and most current medicine for our patients.
Required skills include but are not limited to:
Ability to properly restrain in a fear-free environment
Catheter placement, both IV and urinary
Venipuncture
Anesthetic Monitoring
Surgical assisting
Maintaining Medical records
Taking a proper history
Filling prescriptions
And other tasks
