Houligan's Corner is now hiring! We are a new restaurant in Broken Arrow serving the same classic dishes as The Bros. Houligan.
We are looking for Back of House supervisors/Head Chefs.
Open 7 days a week.
This will be a high production position.
Pay ranges between $18-$20hr.
Below are the recommended skills needed for this position:
Food quality: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to keep up with demand
Staff management: Supervise, coach, and motivate kitchen employees. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling.
Health and safety: Ensure that the kitchen, dining area, and restroom are clean and free of hazards. Also ensure that employees are following food safety practices and have the necessary certifications.
Cost control: Manage food and inventory costs
Equipment management: Order ingredients and replace or add equipment within a budget
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and fire department regulations
