Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYONEOK is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Accounting with the Refined Products and Crude segment. This position will join a team responsible for accounting of all commodity activity for the segment, working closely with both commercial and operations teams.Key responsibilities of this position include:
Supervise, coach and mentor a team to ensure continuous development and accountability
Oversee commodity accounting activity including blending, fractionation, trucking and over/short
Assist Manager in the overall review of RightAngle data in preparation for monthly accounting close
Review monthly results (including journal entry and account reconciliation approval)
Analyze, research and provide solutions for weighted average cost results captured from our commodity accounting system (RightAngle)
Identify and recommend resolutions to issues that impact accuracy and completeness of accounting and operational data
Prepare ad-hoc reports or analysis for internal management decision making related to commodity accounting, including working with internal and external audit teams
The successful candidate will be a quick learner that has experience leading a team by working in collaboration with them in the details of the data. Commodity accounting experience preferred, with RightAngle knowledge a plus.Job Profile SummarySupervises cash management and credit card services activities in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Oversee, direct and/or perform duties related to cash management including approving of daily bank imports and monthly bank account reconciliations
Review, implement and communicate policy, process and/or procedure changes to staff and impacted departments (including, but not limited to management authority approval policy, business travel and expense policy). Train and develop employees performing cash management and credit card services activities
Administer set-up of new vendors
Approve access request for management authority portal
Respond to inquiries regarding outstanding items on bank reconciliations
Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field with previous general accounting and/or accounts payable experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience:

IRS business expense reporting requirements

Experience reading and interpreting account classification manual, management approval authorization manual, expense reports, check requests, tax laws, IRS code, and company policies and procedures
Experience researching, compiling, and preparing internal correspondence, department procedures, and internal reports
Experience developing and conducting formal presentations on cash management training, credit card processes and management approval authority
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of: general accounting and/or cash management functions
Knowledge of: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) classification of accounts
Knowledge of: tools and equipment applicable to position including computers and applicable software
