Job Title: Right of Way Project managerLocation: Tulsa, OkPay Rate: starting $32.14 per hourDuration: 12-month contractJob Type: ContractShift: Monday- Friday, Overtime as needed; Travel 10% to site locationsAbout the Role: Our electric utility client is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to join their team. The right candidate will have experience in the management of multiple projects related to the installation of transmission line and/or distribution in substation facilities. The top candidate will have great communication, problem solving skills, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.Requirements:

Experience overseeing multiple projects or program area of projects related to the successful installation of transmission line and/or transmission or distribution substation facilities.

Creation of estimates, along with managing the ROW acquisition include the monthly facilitation of meetings for status (along with creation and updating monthly project cost budgets and project schedules).

Experience with non-environmental permitting (railroad, highway, etc.) required.

Experience in creating scopes, budget and schedules, and managing direct project teams comprised of non-direct reports of contract resources.

Knowledgeable in GIS Mapping systems and databases

Knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted estimating practices

Act as an expert witness, assist and confer with legal counsel and project management in the selection of witnesses and commissioners in connection with condemnation and/or other court actions.

Properly review maps, drawings and surveys.

Develop relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders including internal customers, external customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and industry peers.

3+ years of experience required or 1+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have: Professional certificate in IR/WA, SR/WA, or PMP
