Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYAs a Recruiter at ONEOK, you will play a pivotal role in building a diverse workforce to drive organizational success. Your primary responsibility as a recruiter is to source and attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring leaders to collaborate and understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the full recruitment life-cycle. Position responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, establishing and maintaining candidate pools and collaborating with the recruiting team to continuously improve processes and outcomes.This position offers a hybrid (working from home on Wednesdays and Fridays) and team environment.Job Profile SummaryThis role will use effective recruiting strategies to attract talent for designated business segments within the organization.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment processes including: candidate screening, reviewing applications and selecting qualified candidates.

Collaborate with leaders to create job posting(s), hiring criteria and advertisement processes.

Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization.

Identify and leverage applicable market demographics, unemployment trends and competitive analysis to assist business segments in making hiring decisions.

Collaborate with the hiring leader and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.

Lead and/or contribute to recruiting projects, initiatives, or assignments.

Responsible for strategic sourcing, inclusive of building networks within communities.

Support other recruiters with back-up and coverage as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

This role is typically attained with 5 years of experience in all phases of the recruitment and hiring processes preferred.

Experience sourcing and screening applicant resumes, conducting employment interviews and analyzing applicant information; technical and/or high volume recruiting experience preferred.

Experience managing multiple recruiting priorities and related projects.

Experience and/or training related to interpreting and complying with regulations (local, state, and federal).

Experience compiling and preparing information and reports pertaining to employee data, interview questions, applicant statistics, health benefits, workplace accommodations, policies, procedures, and correspondence.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of: laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Skills in: create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

Skills in: managing vendor relationships.

Ability to: utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, develop and deliver presentations.

Ability to: utilize excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

Ability to: be proactive and take initiative.

Ability to: utilize excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to: collaborate effectively, establish and maintain successful working relationships.

Ability to: quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

Ability to: be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
