This position on-site at the Tulsa, Ok Bus assembly plant.ResponsibilitiesRun Program Level MasterDot review, highlighting risks, and elevating help requiredFuture State facility integrated planningCoordinate Technical Reviews (PAFs, pre-PAFs, etc.)Capital/expense budget estimates, spend tracking, and contract management, reporting, and tracking of vendorsEvaluating Program needs against budget, timeline, and resource requirementsFacilitate impact analysis to quantify any changes to baseline cost, timing, and deliverablesSupport Build Readiness reviewsClearly define and maintain the interfaces between Program Team and related functional organizationsMaintain meetings with plant staff to provide weekly feedback on status of timing and budget.
