Grant Accountant

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous Grant Accountant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling general ledger accounts, journal entries, budgets, and forecast tasks. This role is integral to our accounting department and will work closely with the CFO. Responsibilities Oversee grant accounting and ensure compliance with funding source administrative guidelines Coordinate with the CFO for budget forecasting and management Utilize Netsuite and other accounting software systems effectively for financial management Conduct audits and accounting functions regularly to ensure accuracy Process budget processes and capital management tasks efficiently Engage with the accounting team and report to the CFO Manage cash activity and maintain accurate records Handle all aspects of financial services, including ADP Ensure proper usage of Bloomberg Terminal and Banner Ads for financial information Execute fund accounting for non-profit initiatives effectively Requirements Proficiency in Abila MIP Experience with Accounting Software Systems Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services Ability to create and manage Banner Ads Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in Auditing Proficiency in Budget Processes Ability to perform Capital Management Experience in managing Cash Activity Proficiency in NetSuite Experience in Fund Accounting for Non-Profit organizations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
