Job Title: CoordinatorWork Schedule: Hybrid – Mon & Tues in officeContract Details: 12mo Contract to HirePay Rate : $46hrCandidates: Candidates must be able to work W2This position offers a flexible schedule with in-office presence on Mondays and Tuesdays. Operating under minimal supervision, the role is responsible for performing work activities and projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates work activities, collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to resolve routine technical tasks and field work activities.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, monitoring Work and Asset Management to ensure adherence.

Solves moderately complex problems independently and actively participates in providing training and performance improvements for lower-level employees or peers.

Develops and maintains positive working relationships with customers, effectively managing conflict and building consensus on business and work-related issues.

Presents reports clearly and concisely, initiates, leads, and facilitates meetings, and provides input to routine project planning and schedules.

Assists in evaluating contracting methods, reviewing drawings, and preparing basic cost estimates using established standards.

Monitors work schedules, recommends necessary actions, and participates in meetings covering outage/project schedules, safety issues, and equipment operations and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or an associate's technical degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

Work Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrates high ethical standards, strong interpersonal skills, and a diligent client focus.

Proactive approach to responsibilities, ability to work with various levels of contributors and management, and experience in business unit operations preferred.

Understanding of business unit financial and operations systems and databases is advantageous.
