Job Title: Composite Technician IIJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Composite Technician II to manufacture a variety of composite aircraft parts. You will work in a team-oriented environment and must demonstrate the ability to meet manufacturing specifications and the requirements of the Manufacturing Competencies at the appropriate level in the Employee Effectiveness Review.

Manufacture a variety of composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications.

Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine the sequence of operations.

Use special tools and equipment including precision measuring devices such as a 6" scale, 1" micrometer, and 6" dial caliper.

Check all work to ensure a defect-free assembly prior to inspection.

Maintain and use all logs and records, including MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area and support the company's FOD and 5S programs.

Comply with all safety regulations.

Essential Skills

2+ years of related composite experience.

Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets.

Proficiency in using special tools and precision measuring devices.

Strong attention to detail to ensure defect-free assemblies.

Excellent organizational skills to maintain logs and records.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with composite assembly and structures.
