Front Desk Associate’s primary focus is making a positive first, and ongoing, impression for building patrons and employees. Serving in this manner will be by assisting or directing others with strong interpersonal skills, have a welcoming attitude, and the ability recognize quickly when additional help may be needed to open a door or hold open an elevator. Engaging with each person to seek out how you can assist, provide clear directions to offices and meeting rooms to ensure a great experience.

Communicate with facilities staff for appointment verification.

Maintain an organized front desk and a clean, professional lobby area.

Work independently with a self-motivated and proactive approach.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience front desk or customer service role. Should be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, have a cheerful and helpful demeanor. Should be able to quickly get to a door or elevator. Must be able to hear and be aware of your surroundings with multiple entrances.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
