Customer Service/Cashier/Receptionist

Don Carlton Honda has been a family-owned business for over 45 years.

This is an entry level position with around 20-35 hours scheduled per week.

We are open from 7am-8pm Mon.-Sat, with schedules arranged anytime within those hours.

This position will include working on Saturdays. If you are not able to work Saturdays, please do not apply!

Requirements of the Customer Service/Cashier/Receptionist:

● Excellent customer service skills

● 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

● Professional phone etiquette and outstanding work ethic.

● Taking initiative and being mindful of details.

● Communicating effectively with customers and other employees.

● Basic math skills and cash handling experience to ensure accuracy with customers and end of day close out.

● You will be required to dress and behave professionally.

● Required to work Saturdays.

Job responsibilities:

● Operating a 10-line phone system to professionally answer and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.

● Greet all customers and engage customers in polite conversation while they wait.

● Cash handling and being able to balance a cash drawer.

● You will be making sure to keep a clean customer environment.

● May do paperwork filing, sorting, and scanning.
