JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Assistant Property Manager, effective communication and team support are paramount in this role. Serving as the front office point of contact and support to tenants and vendors, you must exude a professional phone voice and presence while utilizing strong accounting/bookkeeping skills. Proficiency in software such as Appfolio, Excel and Word are essential for tasks like managing tenant residential leases, maintaining electronic and hard files, & tracking all tenant data in our online tenant portal and reports. Additionally, you will oversee the work order system, ensuring that properties are “make ready” as maintenance completes repairs for new prospective tenants. You will be completing move-in-and-out inspections, drafting leases, taking families on tours of units, serving notices, assisting the property managers with all other tasks that may arise throughout the day, and more. This role is well diverse, so we are looking for someone that is sharp, task oriented, extremely organized, and maintains professionalism. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Driver’s License

- A minimum of three (3) years’ leasing and administrative experience

- Reliable transportation

- Demonstrating good safety habits and strong communication skills

- Ability to interact well with a diverse range of people and work independently

-Three good references must be provided

JOB DETAILS:

- Pay: $16.00/hourly with an evaluation after 90 days for a pay increase

- Expected hours: 40 hours per week

- Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Work Location: In person (Tulsa, OK 74135)

- Language: English & Spanish preferred
