Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will work on a contract to hire basis, managing and maintaining our organization's network systems, including local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and data communications network. You will also be responsible for maintaining our organization's cybersecurity posture and software, as well as our physical, virtual, and cloud servers.Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain our organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, and operating systems. Manage and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud servers. Uphold our organization's cybersecurity posture and software. Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. Conduct network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Install and maintain hardware, peripherals, and cables. Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. This role requires proficiency in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments.
