Seeking a Maintenance individual with opportunities in operations in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
We are looking for someone with expertise in plumbing and electrical with an interest also in operations. Weekends are required Compensation is about $800/week 1099 contractor.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
Diagnose and fix issues promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid future problems.
Coordinate with residents on property for access to units.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in both plumbing and electrical systems.
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
