Must beÂself-motivated, dependable, good customer service skills, able to take direction and open minded to training. Job Responsibilities: Sales Associate will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.Sales Associate will commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Sales Associate will test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. Follow up with prospective customer and return email/voicemail.Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.Basic computer, email and internet proficiency is required.ÂSchedule consist of a 5-day work week. Pay:ÂGuarantee based on experience. Must have a good driving record.
