Job Description:
Hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Order Processing/Accounts Receivable:
The position is customer service assistant it involves heavy phone and e-mail correspondence with customers, vendors and company team members and inputting orders and should meet the following requirements:
Accounts Receivable (Receive & Post Payments & deposits)
Commercial Collections
Computer literacy at medium-high level with Microsoft office
Minimum two years customer service and data entry experience
Telephone etiquette
Strong work ethic
Answer and redirect inbound calls on all lines.
Order Processing/Accounts Receivable in Quickbooks
Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information such as ship dates, or other existing order questions.
Track packages for customer call-ins.
Make outbound calls to customers to resolve order issues to customer satisfaction and obtain authorizations to proceed with orders.
Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.
Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by management
Qualificications:
Computer Proficient
Knowledge of Quickbooks Required
Great Organizational Skills & Attendance
Accounts Receivable/Collection Preferred
