Xpert Field Services LLC is a foreclosed property maintenance company based out of Brooklyn, NY working with all the Industry giants like MCS, Servicelink, Five Brothers and private investors. Please contact us if you are interested in working with us as we seek experienced property preservation vendors/handymen in Oklahoma (Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Enid, Ponca City) to maintain our foreclosed properties. This summer, we expect a huge volume of work from our clients in these zones.
Must have smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Payments are made on every Wednesday for the work completed on previous week (Sat- Fri).
Work to be completed:
Initial secures/Lock changes/Rekey (with allowable for additional work on the spot)
Bi-Weekly grass cuts
Debris removal/trash outs
Repairs (roof, drywall etc)
Evictions
Roof Tarp/Repair
Board ups/reglaze
Janitorial/maid services
Inspections
Mold remediation
Maintaining Tenant occupied homes
There is immediate work available for those with experience, and training is available for those with less experience (must have some basic experience).
