A strong leader is needed to help create, develop, manage and close Enterprise Ultrasound Opportunities. This leader will have a unique view in looking at opportunities from a holistic approach. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospitals, large physician practices and imaging centers. Calling on multiple departments (Cardiology, C-Level, IT, Radiology, Point of Care {ED, CCU, MSK, etc.}, Primary Care & Women’s Health) in order to identify key stakeholders, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.

Deliver on quarterly & annual orders / revenue targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service sales.

Leverage GE’s Ultrasound Portfolio (Cardiology, Digital, Handheld, IT, General Imaging, Point of Care, Primary Care & Women’s Health) to drive funnel growth for the business.

Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop technology & capital plans that map with their annual budget process.

Collaborate with the account community team to drive strategy with customer visits and co-developed negotiation strategies. Will lead cross functional and business teams to create the right customer solution.

Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility, drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience selling either ultrasound or multiple product lines to health systems and hospitals.

Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers. High level presentation and interpersonal skills.

Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills. Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport. Collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.

Must live in TX or OK (preferably in the Dallas or Houston markets) and be willing to travel within the territory (TX, OK).
