Summary of Position:
Midwest Hose is currently hiring reliable, safety-focused Team Drivers to join our newly launched over-the-road operation designed exclusively for Team Drivers. As a Team Driver, you will ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods over long distances, while enjoying industry leading benefits, paid time off and safety incentive bonuses.
Currently seeking existing teams only.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive a minimum of 5,000 miles per week over-the-road (OTR) in a team setup, following assigned routes and schedules
Adhere to all DOT and safety regulations while ensuring timely deliveries
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment, identifying and reporting maintenance needs
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork for mileage, delivery records, and safety checks
Work collaboratively with the freight manager and other team members to meet delivery targets
Qualifications and Requirements:
TEAMS ONLY – WE ARE NOT PAIRING DRIVERS AT THIS TIME
Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
24 months of verified CDL-A driving experience over the previous 36 months
OTR driving within the past 2 months
24 years of age or older
Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
Safe driving record and history
Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
Availability to work away from home
Applicable FMCSA Driver Qualifications
Ability to work well within a team environment
