Food Processing and Distribution Company Maintenance FULL-TIME $26/hr 701 Good Hope Rd, Seminole, OK 74868 $1 shift differential. Compensation is $20-$25 an hour depending on experience. - Assist maintenance department in ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed to improve reliability, safety and quality. - Respond to work order requests and maintenance needs as requested. - Troubleshoot problems with processing, packaging, and other equipment - Coordinate with management the operation of the waste water treatment plant to prevent environmental issues - Maintain boilers, heating and cooling systems, and other general function service equipment - Perform preventive and routine maintenance on all equipment, and maintain a log of maintenance activity for all equipment - Assist in plant operations and equipment to meet all the requirements of various regulatory agencies including but not limited to the FDA, USDA, WDATCP, and others - Assist plant management and staff to ensure that the plant systems and equipment are maintained and operating at maximum efficiency - Advise management regarding repair costs - Actively participate in plant safety efforts - Set up and tear down equipment - Trouble shoot all mechanical issues to closure - Trouble shoot all hydraulic issues to closure - Trouble shoot all pneumatic issues to closure - Trouble shoot all electrical issues to closure - Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment - Read and fully understand all schematics and plant P&IDs - Read and understand all tech manuals - Drive scissor lift and forklifts - Understand and trouble shoot sprinkler system - Help with all plant expansions - Perform all other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Maintenance leads Schedule - Shift start: 2:00PM - Shift length: 10 hours Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or other related field - 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - Valid Driver License - Prior experience working with food production and packaging equipment - PLC programming and troubleshooting - Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or other related field - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 40 lbs
