We're seeking a skilled individual who can tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC maintenance, painting, landscaping, and minor drywall repair. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED, a valid OK driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and responsiveness to emergencies are key in this fast-paced role.
