Oversee and manage crews responsible for spraying lawns and treating trees and shrubs. Ensure proper chemical applications in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate schedules and workflows for the chemical division. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Diagnose plant health issues and recommend treatment plans. Maintain inventory of chemical supplies and equipment. Valid Chemical Applicator License - Required. Proven knowledge of turf, tree, and shrub care practices. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. reliable, punctual and committed to safety and quality. Prior experience managing a chemical or plant healthcare division in a landscape or horticultural setting. Applicants without a valid Chemical Applicator License will not be considered. Salary is dependent on experience. Healthcare insurance is available.
