Commercial/Industrial HVAC Testing and Balancing Technician
I'm a small business owner looking for a person to develop into a top notch technician. If you are willing to work hard and learn and have any mechanical aptitude at all call me to discuss this opportunity. This is a trade skill that we will teach you through providing study courses, OJT, seminars, etc.
This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a career in a trade that offers a great living. You don't have to have prior experience or education to succeed and do well. Just the desire to learn and excel, mechanical aptitude and physical ability. It takes work and time off of work to study and learn the trade (you must be willing to apply yourself and be dedicated to working hard and studying for the first couple of years).
Starting pay is $15-$20/hr. depending on education and background. Potential to earn $25-$30/hr. once certified which takes most people 2-3 years. first two years will require you to work full time, learn on the job and study on your own time to gain the necessary knowledge to excel.
This NOT a job, it is a career opportunity with good pay and benefits. But you have to be willing to work hard and study. Techs now working for us find the work very fulfilling and challenging.
The position does require you to work out of town, mostly in State for a week at a time (home on weekends unless out of State). Most work is in the metro area or in the Sate of Oklahoma.
Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug and back ground check.
