There are two stylist chairs in this suite so it is great for someone who double books or one chair can be removed. Beautiful waiting room for your clients and only one other stylist (next door in a private suite) is adjacent. Euro shampoo unit for your use only in next room. There is also an opportunity here to inherit well established clients from a stylist who is moving. Therefore a six month lease is required.
