We do some retail, but we specialize in Hail and storm damage roof replacement.
Duties
Answer directly to area Operations Manager
Conduct roof inspections.
Help homeowners understand the insurance paid roof replacement process.
Generate leads and sales
Coordinate with installation crews
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using software tools.
Collaborate with team members to develop territory sales strategies.
Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in direct sales or door to door sales is mandatory.
Money motivated.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with Acculynx CRM tools for tracking sales activities is a plus.
Experience in territory sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Objection handling skills
You must have reliable vehicle that can accommodate a folding ladder, cell phone and take care of your customers.
