This is a sales and service-driven position. You must be an incentive/commission-motivated person. Tasks include: morning dispatch, telephone screening/servicing, outside/inside sales and service, application processing and payroll. Your main focus will be outside sales, recruiting, and customer service. As a Sales Dispatch Manager you must learn and be able to perform all aspects of the business. This position requires a great deal of "multi-tasking". You must be administratively sound and detail oriented. More importantly is your ability to think on your feet, solve problems, sell and be able to deal/communicate with people. You must be computer (windows) literate and energetic, self-motivated and disciplined, have reliable transportation and simply CARE about your performance and results. No single task of this business is difficult; doing many of them simultaneously and with professionalism is the key. - Must have a High School diploma or GED
- Multi level people skills
- Strong drive to meet and exceed branch performance goals
- At Least 3 years in proven sales and management position
- Must have dependable le transportation
- Must be able to provide work history references to verify sales/marketing experience
- Valid Driver's License with Current Insurance
- Strong Administrative Skill
- Must be willing to work limited weekend hours
- Criminal background check & drug test required
