Inside Sales Job
We are searching for a talented individual to work with our sales staff on inside sales. We are a family-owned company with a positive-growth culture. Individual should be motivated and well-spoken. The inside sales representative will be responsible for selling parts inventory and complete units, developing leads, communicating with customers, and understanding their needs. To be successful in this position you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top representative will be competitive and a good listener.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs
Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information via email
Staying on top of product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining data base of existing and potential customers
Explaining features of products and services
Staying informed on competitive products and services
Upselling products and services
Researching and qualifying leads
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Inside Sales Representative Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience with related sales position preferred
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Excellent phone and cold calling skills
Great customer service skills
Strong listening and sales skills
