This position involves analyzing training needs, development and course maintenance, and quality check of course materials. Must have experience working with computer support, video technology, distance learning, and other state of the art technologies in course and media design.Qualifications Candidates must have, as a minimum, a baccalaureate degree in instructional systems design or an equivalent degree field, from an accredited college or university and 3 years of experience in instructional systems design. College curricula must include work in the areas of instructional systems design, learning theory, instructional methods, statistics, research methodology, tests and measurement, cognitive or educational psychology and educational evaluation. Experience with e-learning design and training development and experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video technology is required. Experience using Storyline is preferred.
