Senior Property Manager for Immediate Hire
We are owner managed company managing 4000 apartment units in Oklahoma City, OK, looking for an enthusiastic, professional Senior Property Manager to manage 500 units to assist us with marketing and leasing properties. The Property Manager will ensure properties are maintained and occupied for more than 95%
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proven work as a Property Manager with at least 5 years experience in managing large apartment complex
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Customer focus and bottom line orientation
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Must be able to supervise more than 10 employees
