We own many apartment complex in Oklahoma City area. We are currently in need of an ambitious Leasing Consultant. No experience needed for this position but will be motivated by the opportunity to work for salary plus commission. We offer a generous bonus structure and a healthy work environment. The candidate can earn bonus of up to $2000 if you are able to rent 25 apartments per month
Qualification:
Must be Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
Excellent Customer Service
Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Customer-focused approach
