Part-Time office assistant needed. 2 - 3 days a week is probably sufficient. Flexible on days. Must have excellent computer skills. Proficient in Office 365 Suite, adobe acrobat, Excel, One drive, Drop Box etc seeking help with organizing files and systems on multiple devices to create smooth work flow and productivity. Experience in billing procedures with AIA pay app forms helpful but not required. Knowledge of Quickbooks online would also be a plus. I am seeking excellent organization skills and a self motivated individual to get our small home office organized and running smoothly.
