Full time custodial lead position with benefits. (OKC) 1 position available for a brand new facility.
This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced person, preference given to those with previous supervisory experience.
$19.50 hr-with full benefits including (Vacation time, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance + 401 K retirement fund) occasional OT to service special events.
Supervises and provides quality control for a team of 6 custodians, orders materials, assists and reports to the facility manager.
A criminal background check and drug testing is required.

Primarily but not exclusively, a Mon-Fri 8 to 5 schedule-with some occasional OT for events. Averages 30% office time, 70% floor time.
