We're looking for skilled Renovation/Turn Specialists whose skills include minor Plumbing repairs, minor Electrical, Tile work, Fence repair, Flooring installation, PAINTING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, Drywall repairs, Texturing, Carpentry, etc. This opportunity is for a 1099 Sub Contractor.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently when communicating with other team members, and business clients.
