Qualifications

- Able to communicate in English fluently

- Hold strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and writing skills in English

- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize competing operation initiatives

- Ale to manage time adequately to meet or exceed contractual schedules

- Computer skilled and experienced with Microsoft Office suite programs

- 5 years of verifiable experience in the commercial construction industry or have project management training from an accredited school

- Possess a strong understanding of architectural plans and specifications

- Possess a strong understanding of takeoff and project management system

As an Advanced Commercial Painting PM, You will have the following;

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to completion

- Allocate resources for contractual obligations

- Negotiate and allocate project-specific resources, services, materials and equipment

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Allocate submitting, draw-downs, quotes, and project-specific processes requirements

- Gather and distribute project plans, schedules, specifications, and documents accordingly

- Plan and manage the overall project-specific plans, processes, standards, operations, tasks, and responsibilities

- Collect project-specific field and operations reports and plan efficiency improvement strategies

- Ensure ACP and Contractual safety and quality standards are being met or exceeded

- Attend project-specific preconstruction, during and post-construction meetings

- Familiarize Her/Himself with all ACP’s mission and vision plans and quality and safety standards

- Review and ensure ACP’s scopes of work and schedules are adequate for safety and quality standards

- Assist with the development of project-specific planning, phasing, schedules, the sequence of work and systems

- Ensure all ACP’s schedules, the sequence of work and systems commitments are adequate and maintained

- Respond quickly to onsite emergencies and emergency service calls

- Ensure that all project-specific operations, processes, and personnel are in line with ACP’s mission and vision plan and safety and quality standards

- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the overall company
