About the Family
We are a warm, busy family of four with two boys (ages 5 and 2). Both parents are physicians with dynamic work schedules that include 7AM–5PM shifts, weeklong stretches, occasional night shifts, and work-from-home admin days where we remain unavailable due to calls. While childcare is mostly covered (school + daycare), our household needs strong management, meal prep, and organization support.
Our oldest is in school (7:30 AM drop-off, 3–4 PM pickup, with aftercare available), and our youngest attends daycare until 4 PM. We have no pets. A few times a year, extended family visits for a week at a time, and we appreciate extra support before and after to help the home run smoothly — especially with kitchen resets. Our family values someone who is warm, dependable, proactive, and a strong communicator—someone who takes initiative, creates systems, and helps keep our home running smoothly so we can focus on family time when we’re home.
About the Role
This role is focused on household management, organization, and meal preparation, with occasional backup childcare. We are shifting from nanny-style support to a true house manager to ease the mental load of running the home.
Our ideal candidate is nurturing, professional, and flexible — someone who anticipates needs, creates systems, and runs the household without constant direction. You’ll bring warmth and initiative, helping us stay organized, fed and nourished so we can focus on our demanding schedules and enjoying time with our children.
