We are a Property Management Company looking for several handyman's.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION, PREFERBALY A TRUCK TO HAUL MATERIALS WITH IF NEEDED.
We are looking for someone honest and dependable. We have over 100 properties located throughout Oklahoma city and surrounding cities. We need someone to do every day work orders ranging from sheetrock to plumbing to fence repairs. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour flat. We do not pay for drive time or gas. We cover all materials needed for the job.
This is considered part time.
Knowledge in plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC is a plus.
