Handyman/painter/carpenter

looking to hire someone full-time 40 hours a week more hours if you wouldn’t want them, we currently have houses coming in and companies that are buying houses to flip. I need somebody for basic turns which will include light electrical light plumbing. Most all of them have full paint painting is a must I’m looking for someone that has experience in small turned jobs in flip houses. If you do not have experience in this or do not have tools, please do not waste my time or yours. I’m getting pretty strict because I do not have time to waste. If you think you fit the criteria and have tools can show up on time pretty much run down a punch list. Please give me a call! basic tools is all that is needed. Everything else is provided. This is a 1099 employment opportunity I am not willing to sub any jobs out. As you know if you were in this business, they do not pay enough to serve any work out. Looking to hire immediately pay based on experience this is NOT a $25 an hour job either, but full-time easy and steady. this is basic stuff throwing some paint on the walls putting up light covers switches ceiling fans toilets, washer boxes, etc. etc
