We are an established Construction Company that is constantly growing, and we are looking for a reliable vendors to do the following:
Vendors to complete Occupied work orders.
Must have general repair skills and are able to do work order such as replacing door knobs, looking at leaking sinks, installing a simple light fixture installing weatherstripping Gen handyman and maintenance. Repairs is a plus.
We pay twice a month 1-5th and 15th -20th this is a 1099 contractors position
Must be able to follow direction read and understand work orders be able to make complete notes on your work orders and be able to upload before and after photos of each job.
We work for management, companies and realtors need to have a clean background as these are Occupied Work Orders must have reliable transportation. A truck is a plus must have a reliable, working cell phone with Internet.
Our office is in Moore Oklahoma right off of the highway. We take care of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
You can take work orders on any of the days of the week that you like we provide you with an availability sheet that you can check the days that you’re available to receive work orders.
We use an app called Jobber that we assign the work orders to for you to do we do require you to upload before and after photos of properties.
